The 3k101 Framework: Do's & Don'ts
Track every run/walk on Strava (or the approved method) so it counts toward your progress.
Maintain the minimum pace: complete 3 km in 54 mins or less.
Do one Strength & Conditioning and Yoga session each week using the provided recordings.
Aim for cleaner eating — reduce sugar and deep‑fried foods for maximum benefit.
Follow all traffic rules and stay alert when running/walking outdoors.
Encourage and support fellow participants in the community.
Listen to your body — rest or seek medical advice if you feel unwell.
Follow all event rules and updates from Hejje Social Foundation.
- Don’t log any activities that you didn’t personally complete on the app.
- Don’t enter manual runs/walks unless approved for genuine technical issues.
- Don’t ignore safety — avoid unsafe routes, poor lighting, or heavy traffic areas.
- Don’t break the pace rule — slower than 18 min/km will not be counted towards the total goal.
- Don’t consume excessive sugar or deep‑fried foods if you want the best results.
- Don’t engage in negative or disrespectful behaviour in event groups.
- Don’t skip weekly S&C or Yoga sessions — they’re part of the full experience.
Daily Distance – Complete a minimum of 3km run or walk every single day from Sept 23, 2025 to Jan 1, 2026.
Tracking Your Activity – All runs/walks must be tracked and visible on Strava.
Finisher Medal Criteria – To earn the Finisher Medal, you must complete at least 80 days of the event within the 101‑day period.
Minimum Pace Requirement – No run/walk should be slower than 18 min/km pace. Any activity taking more than 54 minutes for 3 km will not be considered.
Strength & Yoga – Do a S&C and Yoga session each week, using the provided recordings.
Nutrition Commitment – Try and reduce sugar and deep‑fried food intake as much as you can, and follow this for your maximum benefit.
Honesty & Fair Play – Log only genuine activities completed by you.
Health & Safety – Participate only if you have medical clearance from a qualified doctor. Stop immediately if you feel unwell.
Road Safety – Follow all traffic rules when walking or running on roads, and stay aware of your surroundings at all times.
Event Conduct – Be respectful and encouraging towards fellow participants in all event groups and platforms.
Rules Compliance – You agree to follow all rules, updates, and instructions issued by Hejje Social Foundation during the event.
Liability – Hejje Social Foundation, its management, and everyone associated are not responsible for any injury, illness, or health issues arising during or after the event.
